At Homefire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home decor or furniture isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Homefire account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, making sure to cover any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
